The Aladdin showkit did not include a Choreography DVD nor a Media Disc. Why not?

I ordered the showkit and it came with no Choreography DVD and it lacked a Media Disc. How can we get these?

There should have been a choreography CD in you Showkit, please reach out to your Licensing Representative so we are able to send a new one.  Unfortunately, there is no Media Disc available for this title at this time, only newer titles have this resource.
