I ordered a logo pack and we paid for our licensing, but I cannot find where we can download the files, or instructions about where to download them. Where are they located?

You should have received an email from MTI with a direct ink to download your logo images - you may need to check your junk mail folder. If you don't see it, please call your licensing agent at (212) 541-4684 or email them directly.
Did you ever get your answer? I have the same problem. I have the access code and They keep directing me to my account, but I can not see anywhere on the account where I can access it. :( ?????
