Requirements

You must give the authors/creators billing credits, as specified in the Licence Agreement, in a conspicuous manner on the first page of credits in all programs and on house-boards, displays and in all other advertising announcements of any kind. You agree to supply to the Licensor full details of all such material for Licensor's approval prior to printing and distribution and supply two (2) copies of the program after printing.
Percentages listed indicate required type size in relation to title size.

• The billing to you must be in the form specified above, including the worlds “Production of” below Licensee’s billing, which shall be visually contiguous with the title, so that the audience is informed that the Licensee is the producer of the production. The size of the credit to the Licensee shall be no less than 50% of the size of the logo or artwork title, as measured by the proportion of the font point size to the height of the largest letter in the logo.
• The size of the credit to the authors (Music, Lyrics, and Book) shall be no less than 50% of the size of the logo or artwork title, as measured by the proportion of the font point size to the height of the largest letter in the logo.
• The size of the credit to the Disney film shall be no less than 25% of the size of the logo or artwork title, as measured by the proportion of the font point size to the height of the largest letter in the logo.
• The size of the Broadway production credit shall be no less than 50% of the size of the logo or artwork title, as measured by the proportion of the font point size to the height of the largest letter in the logo.
 
The following credits shall be included in the program on the title page, and shall be no less than 40% of the regular title, and if there is no regular title, then no less than 16% of the logo or artwork title, and in all events 80% of the size of the credit to the authors:

• The size of the credits to the New Lyrics shall be no less than 33% of the size of the logo or artwork title, as measured by the proportion of the font point size to the height of the largest letter in the logo. This credit shall follow directly after credit to the authors (Music, Lyrics, and Book)
• The size of the credits to the orchestrators and arrangers shall be no less than 40% of the size of the logo or artwork title, as measured by the proportion of the font point size to the height of the largest letter in the logo.

MTI Billing

In accordance with the Dramatic Performing Rights License, all publicity materials (posters, programs, etc.) MUST include the following credit:
Disney's The Little Mermaid
Licensed exclusively by Music Theatre International (Australasia).
All authorized performance materials are also supplied by Music Theatre International (Australasia).

In addition, all press releases and press kits MUST indicate the production is licensed by Music Theatre International (Australasia).
