Are rehearsal tracks available?

Hello, just noticed it says there are performance tracks available but hasn’t specifically listed rehearsal tracks which is bizarre. I was wondering if this was a mistake or if there are truly only tracks available for performance (I.e. with the providing a month or two from closing night provision etc and only a handful of people being allowed to access them).
