What are the Video Licensing and Distribution terms for Guys & Dolls at a professional theatre?

Can a professional theatre get a video archival license to record a performance of Guys & Dolls (full length version)? If they can, are they permitted to share the archival with cast and crew members?

On your resource page to rent orchestral accompaniment tracks to 1776, it doe snot list every song. Is that because your list is only partial to sample, or are the other selections not available? (e.g. overture)
